This is a list of documents that are often required by the lender to fund your loan:

• Most Recent Pay Stub (with Year-to-Date total)
• Recent Utility Bill in Your Name (Sometimes we can substitute a bank statement)
• Recent phone bill (Does not need to be in your name if land-line. Does need to be in your name if Cell)
• 6-10 References. (Friends and Family. Name, ADDRESS, and Phone. Must all have different Addresses. This information is not used to decide whether or not to lend to you)
• Landlord/Mortgage Company Name and Phone Number.
• Proof of valid drivers license (sometimes we can get past this)
• Proof of Insurance (we can help you setup insurance)
