We had a great experience! We showed up to our appointment on time. Ron was friendly and welcoming – we instantly felt comfortable. We met w/ Ryan and got down to business discussing our credit situation.

Then, Ron showed us the cars that worked for our loan. The first car was not what we liked but Ron encouraged us to look at our other options without being pushy. We went on several test drives; while on a test drive, Ron related to our situation and never made us feel ashamed if we could not afford something or about our financial hardship.

I very much enjoyed my first car buying experience! I also appreciated that Ron spoke to me and not just to my husband as some men do!
